I offer many years of experience with integrated, evidence-based techniques, in helping clients move on from stress, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, narcissistic abuse, relationship problems and depression. I teach real-world tools that empower people towards finding clarity, self-acceptance, freedom and peace. I believe that this process should be rewarding, graceful and sometimes even fun! Most of all, therapy should always be about you. The beauty of an integrated, holistic approach is that client and therapist are always fully responding to the needs of the moment.
In 2012 I earned my Masters in Counselling Psychology. I had always been fascinated by the human condition - and had not only been a journalist and broadcaster in Ireland and the UK, speaking on emotional health and its intersection with the body - but by that time I had obtained certifications in TAT and EFT and studied many more healing modalities. A Masters degree gave me the academic rigour and scientific foundations to the mind-body connection that had inspired me since before I can remember.
There's nothing like experience, however, to hone one's skills and insights. Sometimes the life patterns that served us so well no longer work, or even start to hurt. Sometimes it's just a tweak to our habits that we need to go merrily on our way, like quitting smoking or making a career decision. I offer the experience of a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural and multi-level approach to help clients lead happier, healthier, easier lives - in a way that is tailored to each individual, each group.

Study after study has confirmed that the foundation for growth is the therapeutic relationship. Each session is an hour and a half so that we can really get into it.
